Our Business:

As with any real estate market, our business tends to fluctuate with the rise and fall of the economy.  However, commercial properties seem to always be in demand, unlike the residential market at this time.

We approach the commercial industry with anticipation and look forward to the challenges that clients bring our way, whether it is in the property itself or in the client's credit history or financial status.  We have a vast array of lenders, coast to coast, who can do great things with just about any types of commercial properties.

We find ourselves in the turmoil of the financing crunches with the local banks, however, with the sources we have partnered with, we can assist the builders/ developers in refinancing their current notes they have locally, which enables them to return to those local banks they have a relationship with in order to obtain financing to continue to build out the subdivisions that were once at a standstill.  This assistance helps everyone involved, especially the client, which is OUR MAIN GOAL!!!

  Who We Are:

We are a husband and wife team of commercial loan brokers.  Although we have started out small, we have already realized the need to take on more commercial loan Brokers to assist us in meeting the needs of our clients.   It is amazing to realize that when you take care of the customer the way they should be taken care of, word of mouth advertising is the best form of advertising that we need.  We believe in treating each client as though they are our only client.  Honesty, communication and confidentiality is a must!!  We realize that we are serving the public and want that client for the initial transaction but also the ones in the future.
